Dungeness crab, shrimp, chicken, peanut and cashew croquette over bok choy with Nikei sauce. Whatever Nikei sauce is, it's good.

Purple potato causa, Ahi Tuna, Nikei sauce, avocado puree, creamy ají amarillo and rocoto Huancaína sauce. Pretty presentation... but couldn't get over the purple play-doh-like resemblances.

Guinness chocolate stout cake, Guinness ice cream, Irish Cream chocolate sauce, Jameson caramel - tastes MUCH better than it looks, trust me. A table favorite.

Brioche, rum-soaked golden raisins, salted-butter caramel ice cream - Always a good choice.

Candied bacon ice cream over a chocolate brownie - ordered it for the novelty of the idea, but it was a little overwhelmingly sweet&salty..
