Spotted September 30, 2011It's only right and proper that my 400th post is Bun Bo Hue - one of the holy trinity of dishes. Quite light, subtle soup, very good beef. -

Spotted April 15, 2011Fantastic! Best Bun Bo Hue in Hue? You know you're in a good place when they only sell one dish, they've sold half a massive cauldron before 9am and it's frequented by local tradesmen. Located in a courtyard just off the road. -
