Julianne / Eggs

Spicy mashed potatoes, chorizo, and two fried eggs, with chipotle sauce. Quite possibly the best breakfast idea ever.

My cousin resides in Canada and has his fill of Chinese food. He's never had egg foo yung before though, so when he came to the east coast, that's all we ate. "You mean to say, it's meat, friend in an omelette... with GRAVY drizzled over it? Served with rice??" My love affair for egg foo yung must be genetic, because I can't stay away from it.

Eggs benedict with smoked salmon. Super tasty, will order again.
