Really good tonkotsu ramen, with thick noodles, full tasty broth and big delicious menma. But the main event was the chashu. Not that dry, thin, boring piece you normally get. This had huge pieces of pork that were coated in a sweet honey like crust, like a perfect baby back rib, but still the most tender and flavorful pork inside. Just perfect.

My personal favorite ramen in Tokyo. Very thick and flavorful broth with thin noodles, I prefer mine very aldente. Then a healthy portion of bean sprouts and chashu meat. Down it with a cold beer and there's a dinner fit for monarchs.
