Spotted January 02, 2012Nico's has the best burritos in town! They serve a number of different types of breakfast burritos, but this one is my favorite. It contains bacon, eggs, cheese, and potatoes. The one with chorizo is also delicious!-

Spotted April 24, 2011Chicken enchiladas with "diablo sauce," Mexican cheeses, Puerto Rican beans, and avocado salad-
Jan Snyder Wow, that looks SO good! We are so bummed that we had to cancel our Tucson trip at the last minute, literally. :( I guess we'll have to rely on these fantastic photos and just wish we were there ... these last few photos are killing me!!

Spotted April 24, 2011This burrito comes stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, chili onions, three-cheese blend, avocado, and salsa verde. -
Spotted April 08, 2011Three enchiladas (pork chile verde, beef chile rojo, and chicken with a creamy white sauce) served with rice and beans. Of the three, we liked the creamy chicken the best!-

Jan Snyder Thanks Mercedes! Will do! I doubt there are any gems left that you haven't been to, but we will try to find you one! We used to eat at a mexican place here on the North Shore area of Boston called the Edgewater Cafe, and they had a plate similar to the one above, with a chile releno/creamy chicken enchilada/and a beef enchilada thing, called the Edgewater Combo, but we called it the "Pig Plate" because it was huge! I often managed to finish it though!! :) Looking forward to some fun food and sunshine! Thanks again, Jan

Spotted April 08, 2011Large shrimp over peppers and onions, served with rice, beans, tortillas, guacamole, and sour cream. Theses were okay, but the shrimp didn't have much (if any) seasoning, and the vegetables were seriously drowning in oil. I might as well have ordered the chimichanga I *really* wanted.-
