Spotted April 24, 2011Meh... The actual cake part was moist and tasted alright, but I didn't care for the white chocolate frosting at all. A note to gourmet chefs: when it comes to carrot or red velvet cake, please DO NOT try to get all fancy and do away with the cream cheese frosting. The cream cheese frosting is the best part!!-

Spotted April 14, 2011I liked this carrot cake very much, but it's not my favorite. Both the cake and the frosting were almost a little too light and airy for my personal tastes. It also had a faint, almost cherry-like, sweetness to it that I couldn't quite pinpoint as an ingredient. -

Spotted April 14, 2011As far as chocolate cake goes, I think this is one of the best in town. It has deep, dark chocolate flavor, and the frosting is semi-sweet and just slightly denser than a mousse. Om nom nom!!!-
