This new Flipino restaurant in Pacifica,CA is probably one of the best places to get authentic filipino cuisine. This version of pinakbet is full of color and the flavor profiles are off the charts! I recommend the first timers to talk with the owner Neil for food pairings. A little tip: if the dish says. "ni Juan" order it. More to come soon.
