    I'm not sure about this one also, it looks like "castanhas doces" (sweet chestnuts, in english), a sweet made with sugar and egg yolks.

    I don't know the name of those, but they look quite good, there's some almond crust (and a roasted almond slice) -too full to taste them :(

    Suspiros ("sighs", as direct translation) is a traditional portuguese sweet made with sugar and beaten egg whites. It's basically a pumice rock made with sugar ;)

    Grilled Fish Eggs - wonderful fish eggs, probably from hake, lightly grilled and seasoned just with olive oil, salt and lemon juice, served with boiled potatoes and greens.

    Another recent discovery, apparently it's a kind of korean beef tartare: raw ground beef seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, garlic and dried chilies, topped wit a raw egg yolk.

    Another korean discovery, I only knew the one made with chinese cabbage, this is very good also but not so spicy - seaweed, garlic and vinegar.
