With home made vanilla ice cream and honeycomb. Lovely ice cream, very tasty honeycomb and good rhubarb tart (which I would have preferred to be just a bit more biting)
Strong on the peppers, but it worked so well for me. Incredibly the garnish blended in well too

Sooo good. Hoisin duck on a bed of raw carrots and cucumber, with rice. Perfect portion size too. Delish
Served in a basil and rosemary infused sauce made from roasted tomatoes and red peppers. Topped with parmesan shavings. Delectable
Wit beer with hints if coriander and orange peel. Very refreshing
