Prawns and crab in a smoked paprika and green onion sauce, with an unexpected shaving of Parmesan. Nice
Potato-wrapped prosciutto, with mayonnaise and a soy, ginger and onion jelly strip and wasabi peas. Yum
A single large pasta "shell" with beans, smoked pork and garlic. This was SO good
A mini meal in bite sizes. A playful start to a fun and yummy 15 course meal. Cold savory ice cream in warm beetroot pâté, Thai inspired curry cream, sublime mushroom soup, a dessert crumble ... All delish
Garlic salt, volcanic salt and smoked salt
Served with black butter and sage. Lovely and light. Much better than the version with the cream based sauce in my opinion
