In a chili beurre blanc sauce. Super fresh ahi seared in a blend of spices then seared. The chili beurre blanc sauce added a nice fatty texture to the spicy ahi meat.
Served in a curry beurre blanc sauce and drizzled with a lilikoi aioli. The sauces worked very well together.
