This cut is a little closer to the belly and has more fat... and as we know fat makes everything taste sooo much better ;))
Served cold with a jalepeno vinaigrette. Fabulous late night snack with a cold sake.
This is a health food store with a small deli. This dish doesn't look that good but it was very tasty. The homemade tuna patti had dice carrots, celery, mushrooms and spices. Super good. Served with a gravy made from vegetable stock. Nice lunch.
This place never disappoints. His flavor is so Japanese subtle. The katsu crust is good as I've ever had. Crispy and flavorful.
My friends breakfast. They cooked it just the way he ordered it. Eggs runny and hash browns extra crispy.
Three eggs with bean sprouts, diced celery, mushrooms and baby shrimp. Topped with hoisin sauce. Good start of the day.
