OMG. And yes, that is vanilla ice cream on top of cooked pear on top of a crumble covered in a sphere of chocolate (I took off the top) with a shot of hot chocolate sauce on the side. The restaurant is at Cap Juluca, a premiere luxury property on Anguilla with a Moroccan motif.
