I guess I have always been on the hunt for new ideas about where to look and what chocolate treats to eat. Now, I am making a web-community devoted to this passion. Extraordinary! I don't know many Pizza/Italian restaurants that have a world class pastry chef on staff, but this one does. Chef Nikki Schaeffer has made an incredible mousse covered in chocolate on a cookie base. A must have!
Fantastic smooth tasting truffle from this standout Carlsbad, CA chocolatier. I love honey truffles and this is one of my favorites in the country! Orange Blossom Honey in a Chocolate Ganache. So good!

I love this chocolate shop & bakery. Jennifer and her amazing Truffles, OMG cake and Caramels at 2nd to none. Pictured are the perfectly constructed raspberry truffle + champagne truffle. Tasting the freshest of sustainable ingredients + the personal tour make a trip here a wonderful experience.
