Sustainable wild shrimp, grilled andouille sausage, corn, spinach, cheddar-horseradish potato cake, and spicy tomato-beer broth. Loved all the flavors here but would have liked to see more of the shrimp and sausage and less of the sides.
If it’s Wednesday, it’s your lucky day. Garlic mashed red potatoes, buttered zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, and Wreck Alley Imperial Stout gravy. Nice soft and moist meatloaf. The gravy was a little sweet. Would have liked something a little more savory.
Sweet and spicy sesame soy-ginger glaze, blistered shishito peppers, harissa and jalapeño slaw. Plenty of heat coming from all directions on this one. Very tender beef.
