Spotted May 03, 2012Cheesecake made with cream cheese brand The Laughing Cow. Surprising first bite and took us a while to realize we were at the home of where this brand is produced and that special flavor was precisely the laughing cow cheese taste!!!! Very cool! -
Spotted May 03, 2012This is what I love about Spanish cuisine. When the focus is on the quality of the produce you don't need any sauces or dressings. Grilled bleu with a bit of kosher salt and that's it! Amazing!-

César Exactly! No seasonings or marinades, fresh products tasting to what they should taste to. No distractions.
Coronaburg YVRFood, it might be due to the contrast in the photo, the waiter asks how you want it done. it was cooked bleu, just enough to seal the out side surface.

Spotted May 02, 2012Attention all meat eaters, this is it! This is the real thing! Native Minorcan steer, this was out of this world. Juicy, tender, flavorful! I've had tons of steaks, but never have i been able to taste the land from which beast was raised, the flavor was magnificent! I've been to some very high end places looking for the best steak. This for 21€ is a steal. I seriously will fly out here just for this steak!-

Spotted May 02, 2012And island that produces everything they need even their own beef. Incredible! It accompanies with a secret Mahon cheese sauce created by the grandmother back in 1971. Many have tried to recreated this sauce, however this is the original!-

Spotted May 02, 2012Minorcan restaurant with an Andalusian flare. This is a tomato based salad with onions, tuna and dressed with Minorcan EVOO. So simple yet so amazing! This is a small portion I served myself for the photo. The portions are much bigger!-

June I think I've tasted this salad before in Spain but made with sardines, tomatoes and bell peppers? Is that possible?? Looks great anyway!!
Coronaburg @June, yes thats the original version from andalusia. The restaurant has its roots from there and to commemorate they name some of there dishes the same, but with their own uniqueness. I little confusing i suppose.
