Spotted May 17, 2012Handmade Corn tortilla, with Pastor Meat; Tomato; Lettuce; Beans; Onions: Cheese & Avocado topped off with Red HOT Salsa... The Corn Tortillas are handmade as you can see by the thickness... Really added to the flavor of this dish. I have never heard of Zopes, and I thought I had eaten a lot of Mexican Food... -
Spotted May 17, 2012Interesting in how they bring in Coca Cola which is bottled in Mexico. AND you have to use a bottle cap remover for the cap. NO twist off... lol-

Mr.Tommy I have had many Sailor Sandwiches here in Richmond, and I have come to the conclusion that Joe's had the Best Sailor. Just the right amount of everything on it to make it a combination of many wonderful flavors....

Mr.Tommy Love grits and many love Sweeten Tea. I never have. I enjoy the taste of good Tea and I feel the sugar masks the great flavor from Tea. I cannot get enough of this wonderful drink... lol

Elizabeth Le I like how the light reflects off the ice cubes~! and it does look very rich...always have the thai ice teas but not the coffees, so I need to try one next time
Mr.Tommy Actually Elizabeth... it was extremely refreshing, and I like how it was fixed. I thought it was excellent, and it had a nice creamy coffee flavor.
MountainCatKing These beverages are helpful in cooling the peppers!
Mr.Tommy I am sure the cooling effect on the peppers come from the milk. I have always heard if you drink milk, after you have had a real hot pepper... the milk will cool everything down....

Mr.Tommy I would love to come to Thailand and eat food. I am not sure I will eat many of the things which I see here on FS. However, I will eat foods like this and others which are to my taste. In addition, I would enjoy the Thai HOT food as well.... I love the way the peppers bring out the flavor of the food. It is not just all about the Heat.

Zeb Hults Really... is there anything better!?
Mr.Tommy Brisket if done correctly is the best... I feel when a BBQ place cooks Brisket correctly, than they have good BBQ. Not all BBQ joints can do this correctly because good Brisket is smoked out on an Outdoor Smoker for a long time for it to be tender and have that nice smoke flavor without it being dry.
