fullanono Hi loly. I'm glad you recieved my greetings or someone will have a hard time:-). About felafel with toast, nothing fancy, just a different way to serve felafel. We need a piece of toast for each one piece of felafel. Cut out the edges of the toast, put the toast in rainbow milk(the one we use with red tea)and quikly take it out. Wrape it around the felafeland squeeze to make a ball, roll it in bread crumbs and fry it in hot oil to become golden in colour. Cut them into four pieces but don't seperate them to look like a flower, put tahini sauce on them and mint papers. I like mint with felafel and thats it:-)

fullanono hi césar. Even the one I make at home doesn't look as good:-) however i feel sorry for all the vegetables wasted by using them as decoration and end up thrown in garbage.:-( by the way,if you dont mind me asking, how did you learn to cook? You are good at it:-)

      César
César Thanks! ^^ I have very good taste buds and since I was a kid my mother asked me to taste what she cooked at home to see if she needed to add something else. And I loved staying in the kitchen helping her, so I learned how to cook since I was a kid :)

fullanono You're right. You need good taste buds to be a good coocker. I learned cooking from my mother too, she cooks for friends in their special occations. But " not as good as your mother's " is the only thing i've been hearing since i started cooking :-) not because i'm a bad cooker ( believe me:) but because i dont cook traditional food like mom. :-).

César HAHA! I totally believe you because we're alike in that, i don't cook many traditional things, I prefer to learn how to make things from other countries I can't even find in a restaurant here XD My mother cooks amazingly well, better than me (of course), but she will never be able to prepare some of the things I cook LOL Keep on posting things you cook at home, I love to see them ;)

fullanono Thank you cèsar. Is this fruit available in SPAIN and Europe in general? I am from Abu Dhabi, UAE. ( you may know the city of DUBAI cause it's more popular :-)
      César
César Yes, they grow in Spain too, it seems the Romans brought them to Spain 2000 years ago. I guess they also grow in any Mediterranean country and they are easy to find in every European country. I know both Dubai & Abu Dhabi, I've been twice in your country, tha last time this summer with Loly.

César I was planning my next visit for December but I won't be able to go, it's a pity. The first time I travelled there was in December two years ago and the weather was MUCH nicer, August was terribly hot! I will tell her, thanks.
