Holy crow, this is some good...
Served with a sweet ginger wasabi infusion...and a small dollop of caviar. It was just this side of decadent.
Misoyaki glaze and sweet unagi infused butter sauce. Soft and creaky texture. I had not had butterfish before. I'm a fan.

Likely the best restaurant in the Beau Rivage Hotel & Casino. Chicken lettuce wraps with pine nuts and traditional dipping sauces. Very good.
Wish it was great, but it was just OK.

Ecco is one of my favorite places in Atlanta. Imagine my delight when I found they had opened an airport location. I was not disappointed in the service, food or atmosphere. THIS is what airport dining should be. Their signature dish is drizzled in honey and sprinkled with fresh black pepper. Heavenly.

Tuna, walu and striped marlin (l-r)... all from Hawaii. All delicious. First time having striped marlin. It's like a slightly creamier yellowtail.
It was equally fast at vanishing from the plate. Oh yeah, sweet potato tots!
