It was surprisingly good. A friend picked it up and dropped it off to me at work, and it was warm. The potatoes needed some salt and pepper. But the eggs florentine was nicely done with a combination of mushrooms, tomato slices and spinach.
The Mac n Cheese is what it's all about. Bubbling in butter and cheese, filled with pancetta (although I've had it with proscuitto and ham - both are delightful), with a small fresh apple, tomato, cheese, and lettuce salad with a light fresh crisp dressing to counter-act this buttery heaven!
Pork Chop! It has that grilled smoky flavor. A little dry, but great with the Apricot relish! AMAZING corn. The broccoli was perfectly par-boiled. The butternut squash/sweet potato veggie was a nice touch, and who doesn't love a pork chop served on a baked potato?
