Tender & buttery. The rosemary & garlic added earthy flavor. So good! Came with crispy potatoes & sautéed dark green leafy veggie, both of which were good.
Homemade flat noodles w/ Tuscan meat sauce, all simmered for eight hours. So rich & flavorful! The noodles were perfectly al dente. Perfection!
