pollo and adobo style roasted pork. very well done and tasty.
cooked medium rare. topped with aged Vermont cheddar, house pickled onions, garlic aioli on a soft sesame bun. voted best burger in SD by sunset magazine and I'm not inclined to disagree. really delicious, non greasy and clean tasting.
Chilean sea bass. well cooked as it had a real moist and tender interior and nice light crispy exterior. the white beans were also a big hit.
