This has been my favorite ramen at Hinomaru so far. Here, I got it with a poached egg and red ginger.
This is the house special ramen. The base broth is tonkotsu, but it's augmented with a "fire ball," which they said was spicy miso. It's a little too fiery. At least for me. The heat obscured any other flavor.
One of 8 different ramen styles here. This one is the pork-bone broth choice. The corn is a great addition.
Good flavor and certainly delicious, but I think this would be better as two smaller buns. It's too much for one person as an app.
