Perfectly medium rare on a tender roll with really tasty onion rings. AND I had a bloody mary to go with it. Yum.
Salmon was very good, but the tostada was a bit too firm. There was imminent danger of shooting the whole thing across the table when trying to cut it. Maybe the sense of adventure added to the experience.
Truth be told, this was my mom's and I didn't get a taste. My mom said, "This soup is cold!" Um, mom, you ordered "chilled avocado soup." I love my mom. :-)
First one was nice and horseradish-y. Second one was bland. Or maybe it was my taste buds?

Dark Chocolate Zabaglione, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Strawberry Sorbet
Oven Roasted Half Chicken, Fiddlehead Fern and Sunchoke hash. Hash was exceptional. Chicken should have been crispier--instead, it was slightly underdone inside and greasy and flaccid on the skin. Giving this a "love" for the hash.

Beer Battered Passmore Ranch Catfish Nuggets, Demon Dust, Housemade Tartar Sauce
