Part of their St. Patty's Day menu. 8-ounces of hot corned beef on rye bread with mustard and French fries. We ordered one for the table. Delicious.

Another fabulous dish with the pepperoni sauce. With roman gnocchi.
Olive oil poached cherry tomatoes, Thai basil. Simple flavors. Very good.
Pork neck, whipped ricotta, fried rosemary. Another delicious dish.
Pancetta, maple, yogurt
Black truffle, fontina, farmed soft egg. All the flavors worked so well together. Best pizza of the night!

@4505_meats never disappoints! Today's offering; pulled beef & pork, smokey house KC BBQ sauce, sunny side up farm egg w/ pickled red onion and market greens on a toasted acme bun.
This dish took awhile to get to us, but when it did we gobbled it up and were instantly full!
The spicy sauce on these was amazing!
