Slice of a pizza with 40 cloves of roasted garlic, organic tomato pizza sauce, pepperoni, sausage, portobello mushroom & green onion. Very tasty. My favorite slice of the night.

Added the brewery smoked salmon. With briar rose creamery goat cheese, dried cranberries, "beer nuts" in a brewery vinaigrette.
Mirror Pond Pale Ale saffron broth, fennel sausage, pretzel crostini.
I like hoppy beers so I picked mostly pale ales and IPAs. Learned on my road trip that 75% of hops in the US are grown in the Yakima Valley.
With candied pecans, blue cheese and onions. Decent salad.
