Grits are pretty good. Nice amount of heat and it's not too heavy.

Very well done. Tender and moist on the inside and not overly crispy or breaded on the outside. Came with a light sprinkling of sea salt. The Cloudberry chutney was a nice touch.

The red fife parpardelle was very fresh and great with a very nice texture. The spring lamb was tender and the creamy pecorino pulled it all together.

With hand made roasted vanilla marshmallow. Yum

This is one very flavourful burger. The portebello mushroom was layered in cheese before wing coated in panko and deep fried. The patty was soft and moist. Yum. The only thing holding this burger back was that the portebello was sooo tasty that I couldn't taste the patty too well. It was still great and I wanted seconds.
