I ordered the half slab of baby back ribs, dry w/ a side of the Mac and Cheese, as well as a side of the Green Bean Casserole. The ribs were money! Great Bark, defined Smoke Ring, thick Loin Meat and the Chine. They looked beautiful, and the smell of the apple and cherry woods was subtle but distinctive. I'm not sure if these ribs came from a Berkshire or Mulefoot bred stock, but the pork flavor was very tasty. To say these ribs were great would be an understatement. I got them dry so I could try all the sauces and The Northern Red was my favorite - good flavor and sweet. Sides were good too. The Mac & Cheese is topped with Ritz crackers and the only thing I can say that would make it better, would be another serving. The Green Bean Casserole was good and the fresh green beans make it a real star.
