Food-obsessed with a perpetually ravenous appetite
Vodka, ginger beer, lemon juice, honey syrup. Refreshing and delightful!
Least favorite dish at brunch. Don't believe the servers on this one.
Can't really go wrong with kalbi.
How can you go wrong with this combo? :)
Bibb lettuce, nuoc cham, basil, roasted peanuts. Great flavors, but the oysters were a little too mealy.
Pork and ham broth, crispy pork belly, soft cooked egg, gai choy. Clean and flavorful!
With cauliflower puree, foie gras espuma, English peas and black truffle. Best dish of the evening, but the scallops were a bit grainy and the foie gras was overpowered by spice.
With kimchi, daikon radish sea-bean salad and chili vinaigrette. Too overwhelming with both octopus and pork belly. Ambitious, but sadly unsuccessful.
With stone fruit, brioche, marcona-arugula pesto. Ok but not spectacular.
With espelette harissa, capers, cilantro, soft poached quail egg, and chicarrones. Not the best I've had - consistency was a tad too mushy and sloppy for our liking.
Columbia City Bakery olive bread and aioli. Perfectly savory and delectable! I could eat hundreds of these!
With pickled beets. Tender and delicious!
