braised veal shoulder with celery root and jus...how can u not love a luscious piece of anything when u braise the hell out of it...this place is only 2 weeks old, and it will become a parisian staple very quickly the way they serve food and at their prices...35€ for 3 courses!!! recipe for success
scallop crudo with green apples, cheese and a chive vin...at 1st i thought cheese and scallops was a different weird concept, but i've seen this many times now here in paris...and quite frankly, its fricken awesome!
then there was this to gently wash down everything that i ate before this...and by gently, i meant, heaving this entire bowl into my mouth and feeling totally distgusted with myself afterwards, yet completely at peace
i usually dont post pastry shit like this, but i figure since i eat this probably 3 times a week at this place, its time i show it some love...ive said it before and ill say it again...eric kayser is the effing shit!
