$7 (5/5 NOMs) OMG ITS ON FIRE!!! Holy bananas can you see? Its actually on fire! Love this fire goodness. Best presentation ever, served not just sizzling, but actually on fire. You got to blow it out. Love these bananas fritters flambe, caramel sauce with very nomnom vanilla ice cream. Mix the fire goodness with cold soft smoothness. Great dessert you just have to order and experienc.
$9 (3/5 NOMs) Pho-ing around. New pho place in town and we just had to check it out. Broth tasted a bit weak and needed more flavor. I wanted to try all their meats and order all the extras they had. I was expecting it would just be overflowing with meat goodness, but they barely put any there. Ate all the meat in no time. Its a new place and I will be back in a few month to try it again.
$9 (4/5 NOMs) New place in town and we start it pancake style. Every Vietnamese nomnom adventure should include this Shrimp multi layer dish in some form. Hanoi-style shrimp cake and Japanese sweet potatoes. Love the crispy out of shell with so many goodies on the inside. It comes with very nomnom veggies. Its an entree but we ordered it as our starter. Great dish to share for a group.
(4/5 NOMs) Oh yea these hit the spot. Love that they simply completely drenched the eggs in the delicious hollandaise sauce. I like the home fries and fried onions. Made a great side to these nomnom eggs.

(4/5 NOMs) I just love Eggs Benedict and enjoy this healthy take on it with turkey and avocado. Love how drenched in hollandaise sauce the eggs are. Very light and healthy tasting so I don't feel like I ate too much afterwords. I'm a fan of their home fries as they are very flavorful.
$10 (3/5 NOMs) I was very excited to try some poached eggs. They were a little too runny and felt more like sunny side up then poached. There wasn't enough hollandae sauce, needed more. Home fries were very weak and I ended up not finishing them
year round thanksgiving dinner! $9 (4/5 NOMs). You read it right, its everything and anything you eat at Thanksgiving in a sandwich form. Roasted turkey and stuffing with cranberry sauce and mayonnaise on sourdough. It can be a little dry, so you might want extra mayo. Like regular thanksgiving dinner, this will give you food coma so you might want to eat just half - www.jettiesdc.com

lets sing a song and eat some, $12 (4/5 NOMs). Its the multi layer of Asian goodness. I just love the super runny sunny side up egg on top of veggies, beef bulgogi and rice. Rice was nice and sticky and prepared perfectly for chopstick use. Just make sure to have a little bit of everything in every bite. Only thing, this dish was a bit too spicy for me. I would defiantly order this again while signing some killer karaoke songs - www.muzette.com
its a meat party, $8 (5/5 NOMs). Holy hot panini how much meat did they pack into this thing? All I see is the layer of meaty goodness, perfect on a cold day; honey turkey, top round roast beef, hard salami, and apple smoked bacon. OH yea all the bets meats nicely packed with swiss cheese and sauce. Oh yea I will be back for this and more to explore their panininomnest menu - www.amorinipanini.com
My bread is the plate and utensils? $16 (5/5 NOMs). Funny, I used not be a big fan of Ethiopian food until I came to Dukem and went all nukem on the food. Its fun food time! I love the beef and lamb tibs. So soft and nomnom with light special sauce, onions, jalapeno and garlic. Its like a party in my mouth. I couldn't stop eating. Lamb, pork, beef are great choices to go with, but I liked Lamb the most. Must try place for any experience or novice in Ethiopian cuisine - www.dukemrestaurant.com
