Torricado is a traditional portuguese sidedish similar to the italian bruschetta - toasted bread slices soaked in olive oil and covered with garlic - in this case the toasts were covered with a sort of tuna ceviche, yellow fish eggs and ... pennyroyal (?). wonderful!

Grilled Sardine Nigiri with Fleur de Sel. A twist of a classic portuguese dish - grilled sardines, fleur de sel is the top layer of dried sea salt which is richest in minerals. Love it!
Date Palm Samosa with Ginger and Cardamom Ice Cream - this was absolutely amazing, they really nailed it, all these fantastic goan/indian flavors into an incredible dessert, highly recommended!
Bhajji with Coriander Chutney - bhajji as far as I understood are deep fried balls of chickpea flour and herbs, served with a chutney made with coriander, ginger, salt, cumin and lemon. Awesome starter.
