Mineira Cabbage - garlic sauteed cabbage
Brazilian Beef Casserole - slow cooked beef (with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato paste, bell pepper and carrot).
Chicken in Moranga - chicken breast is cooked in cream with corn and saffron inside the 'moranga' (a brazilian pumpkin). Uber delicious!
Angu is a traditional brazilian dish, basically a corn mash similar to the italian polenta, quite plain if eaten alone but wonderful when mixed with sauces, creams or gravy.
Garlic Rice - fried garlic rice with parsley
Okra Chicken Stew - slow cooked chicken with dried okra
'Tropeiro' Beans - another Minas Gerais dish, cooked beans mixed with cassava flour, sliced cabbage, farofa (fried cassava powder) and pork.
Cheese Bread - made with manioc powder, pork lard, eggs and Minas Cheese. Crispy crust and soft moist tasty interior. Perfect!
Pork Crackling - Perfect cholesterol overdose, crunchy delicious
Cassava Chips - crispy delicious fried cassava (manioc).
Brazilian Pork Sausage - roasted spicy pork sausage from the Minas Gerais region, fatty, yummy
Turkish Coffee - i missed this stuff - unfiltered coffee brewed by boiling ground coffee beans. Additionally the friendly owner performs cup readings if you ask him (i only knew about this after i left - well ... maybe next time)
Cinnamon Dessert (again i don't know the real name) - very delicate flavor.
Coconut Dessert (i don't really know the name) - it tasted like a flan with grated coconut - yum!
Turkish Meatballs - meat with spices (kofta?), pita bread, turkish rice, fries, and cucumber tomato salad. delicious!
