With Brussels sprouts and white asparagus. I love turkey, and it's soooooo nice to come home and smell roast turkey in the oven!!!
This time he added bleu cheese, maybe not a great idea. The rest was good though!
Two barbacoa and one carnitas
My son's first attempt with parsnips. Turned out well, the recipe said to put this over rice, but we used noodles instead. Pretty good!
My son was in a great mood tonight, he made this for dinner! Portobello mushroom buns, fried egg, huge beef patty, spinach, and tomato! I had to cut it and eat it in parts! My son's quote: "Good thing there isn't a bun, so it's healthy." LOL!!!
I don't know how he did it, went to do one load of laundry, came back, dinner was done. He's getting better with the cabbage! :-)
Bacon, chicken, white sauce, probably other things too. :-) yummy, the crust was thin and crispy!
Always a great way to end a meal like that!
