Amazing chicken skin taco with jalapeño slaw and chipotle butter sauce. The chicken skin just melts in your mouth releasing the fatty flavors to mix with the jalapeño and butter made for an orgasmic food experience.
Simple baked potato broken up and deep fried served with chipotle and aioli. Chipotle was good on main entree as well.
Amazing idea using pork fat Instead of olive oil. Great smoky flavor. Appetizer portion is definitely enough for 4 people. Eat with bread or on main entree, it's good on anything!

Probably the best I've had in a while. Light and flavorful and you can control the heat as you wish. May want to ask for extra chicken and be sure to ask them to remove ginger and sweetgrass as these are un edible but add much to the flavor.
Probably the best I have ever had. Super sweet corn and crisp outside. Sauce is very light as not to compete with the corn. A Thai standard.
