    This was so delicious. Was so caught up in enjoying this dish that I completely forgot it wasn't real chicken until halfway through. Thin pieces of chicken, crispy on the outside but moist on the inside. Yum.

    My husband's favourite dish. Does not taste like fish, but was really lovely, in a fried beancurd with a seaweed skin sort of way, and a really nice sweet and sour sauce.
