What I was here for; the matcha fondant. Beautiful! I don't really like chocolate fondants as I find them sickly sweet, but this was not like that at all. At first, Sinmei, the owner, was asking if I wanted the 'sum tai yuen' and I had no idea what she was talking about as my Chinese is terribly poor. But now I know it means fondant. My Chinese has improved and I ate this delicious dessert. Yay me.
