The burger was described on the menu as being topped with mushrooms, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, and a horse radish sauce. But when it came it was instead topped with lettuce, tomato, and raw onion (like the lower priced "Ensemble burger" on the menu with mushrooms added). No swiss cheese, no caramelized onions, no horseradish. WTF?!?!? Not impressed by the blending of the two burger options without asking and the loss of some of the more desirable ingredients. The actual burger patty was not rested properly before serving so it let most of its juice out once I bit into it. Meh. To TOP things off that juice basically destroyed the black and white checkered piece of paper the burger was served on so it started to shred apart. Not a good plating option for a non-rested burger. I think the burger was a bit overworked as well as the consistency of the meat was way too dense. Overall a pretty disappointing burger. The fries were fairly generic, did not taste fresh cut, and were a bit mealy on the inside. Meh. The $15 for this burger plate felt like bad value considering the quality.
