The ham could be a little sweeter and a little smokier (more flavor would be good), but satisfying open-face sandwich nonetheless! It wasn't hot when I got it though. You are lucky if you get it fresh out of the oven!

As always delicious and wirth the wait. Open face sandwich with béchamel, gruyere, thyme and pepper. Topped with smoked Niman Ranch ham & asparagus.
