I'm not a huge banana fan, but this is GOOD! Inside of the crust is coated with a layer of chocolate, and the cream on top is just superb ~

The chocolate and caramel lining the flaky crust is a nice touch. Totally worth driving out the way for.

Crispy pastry crust - coated inside with caramel and chocolate layers - filled with banana cream and chunks of whole banana - topped with whipped cream and thick chocolate "shavings" (a definite misnomer) and confectioners sugar
