I found it beyond strange that they use shredded cheese on the burger (and give you about a pound of it between the burger and the potato) but it quickly melts and you wouldn't know the difference. I barely remember eating this burger 1/2 a monsoon. I ordered medium and it was still juicy, not overly seasoned and the meat tasted fresh. It was gone in 60 seconds. Sour cream, bacon and chives are enough on the potato, I'll skip cheese next time since it's on the burg. The only burger I'll bother eating in NOLA
