Are you trying to lose weight??? me,too!!! Actually,I'm doing good diet. I lost my weight about 5.3kg( we use kg for weight) since March.

Misa, my trick for losing weight is cutting back on rice, bread, sugar and drinks with sugar! I used to eat 4-5 bowls of rice a day, now i cut back to maximum of 2 bowls... it works very well. Also walking and exercising one hour a day will help to burn even more calories and fat!

@Revilo: I heard that about 2bowl rice a day on TV. I don't eat rice every meal but really need it... and my secret is hinging my bikini where I can see every time! it really works!

Hahahah that's a good trick Misa, I have to hang my bikini out where i can see it too!!!! LOL
