Volcanic beef @ Osha Thai Restaurant

Wok-fried flank steak with basil and black pepper served in a Lava sauce and topped with fried onion rings. Our favorite dish of the night and I wish my photo came out better (lights went off right when I started taking pictures!). The beef was soooo tender and flavorful. Yum! :)
