This is what the heart of food, T, and I were here for. The most gorgeous cake I've ever laid eyes on! Light and refreshing, it's a cake for dessert and non dessert lovers. Tasted wonderful despite being slightly melted by the sun.

This was absolutely beautiful! Jelly glazed strawberries, fresh water melon and rose infused cream sprinkled with rose petals and pistachio. Delicious!

this is their signature dessert for good reason - such an impossibly delicate balance of flavours and textures! helps that it's one of the rare desserts from a bakery that doesn't leave you feeling like a beached whale, which happens when you attempt eating rich, buttery desserts in the ridiculous summer heat.
