Pretending to be vegetarian for @libafalafel's DELICIOUS falafel sandwich. The best part is you get to add all the toppings you want from their 15+ options. I aboslutely love their spiced carrot ribbons and roasted eggplant in tomato sauce.

Topped with carrot strips, red cabbage, corn relish, eggplant, and feta cheese. There are falafels somewhere under all those toppings. Very delicious!
