Kalbi (BBQ short rib) taco @ Kogi BBQ Truck

My first time at Kogi, I ate 11 tacos! Word.

I've heard about Kogi for a long time but never got around to trying it until they came by our company last week. Korean bbq in a taco is a novel idea, but they don't get points just for starting this trend, their bbq marinade is damn good, and the char-grilled meat leaves that smoky taste in your mouth leaving you wanting more. Two bucks is an acceptable price, but maybe its just because I wasn't the one who had to wait in line. I could easily see myself passing it up based on what I've heard about their wait times. It really is yummy though...
