These. Were. PERFECT! These are the XLB that I've been searching for since Vancouver! I haven't tried their rival, Joe's, but these were all I want in a soup dumpling, and SO much better than ANYTHING in San Francisco. Huge, thick skin, lots of soup, delicious meat -- plus you can watch them making them in the kitchen! Flushing is amazing too: Worth the trip!
