I believe they have several CoCo restaurants in Hawii, too. Not sure if they have with same recipe. This Grand Mother is the last season by this year. It's been 8 years since they started to serve this recipe as winter seasonal curry, and I will miss so much.

As long as I see from the photo, it looks like good ol' "old school" curry:) hence, not a fancy restaurant kind with lots of unfamiliar or expensive ingredients, nor complicated method of making it...simple is the best, that is:)
