Humongous portion of handmade knife-cut noodles. Nice and chewy noodles, rich beefy broth, fatty oxtail, beef tendon, slighty chewy omasa, tender beef, a fried egg, bok choy, and more. Delicious, but I like some of the other hand-pulled noodle shops in Chinatown better.
