Soudaki at Tartuffo in Ierapetra, Crete

Sou-DA-ki, or mini sou (I can't seem to find a corresponding English pastry name, so if anyone knows they'd be more than welcome to help me out!) Little morcels of pastry filled with creme patisserie and dusted with icing sugar. Mmmmhmmm.. Think eclair, think french, think creamy bites, you get the picture. :)
