They had Irish cheeses on the cheese flight for St. Patty's day. This was sooo good and complex with many levels of flavors. Quite interesting and it just went so beautifully with the Tempranillo that my friend happened to be drinking at the moment. I ended up ordering the same Tempranillo to finish the cheese.
